We deliver throughout the United Kingdom. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your delivery in real time.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
 

We want you to love your jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK regulations.

To start the process, simply contact our support team with your order number. The item must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

If the product is faulty or there has been an error with your order, the return shipping cost will be fully covered by us. In other cases, the return shipping cost may be the customer’s responsibility.

Once we have received and inspected the item, your refund or exchange will be processed as quickly as possible.
