ReturnsYou have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable ItemsThe following items cannot be returned:
Personalised or custom-made jewellery
Earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless faulty
Items marked as final sale
How to Request a ReturnTo initiate a return, please contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.
Return ShippingCustomers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
RefundsOnce we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
ExchangesWe currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect ItemsIf you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
