ReturnsYou have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable ItemsThe following items cannot be returned:
Personalised or custom-made jewellery
Earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless faulty
Items marked as final sale

Return ShippingCustomers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

ExchangesWe currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
